To Do: Go Camping

So I fell so in love with Taza's picture of their camping trip that I decided that it was time for This One to go camping as well. She went to Shenandoah and I have always wanted to go... so I asked a friend and we are headed there this weekend.

I just hope that it turns out to be a beautiful as this picture.

And better than my last camping trip with this person... :)

I have all my borrowed gear packed up and ready to go. I just need to think of some healthy camping recipes. I don't want to eat beef stew the whole time. Oye.

Military Surplus

The ONE good thing that came out of this camping trip is my new love of military camping gear!

In fact, I am now obsessed with checking out these military surplus stores. They are so cheap and I love the old vintage-ness of it.
