Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert may have had a lot more meaning to me since I read it during my unemployment/finding-myself state but I think that anyone could related to the author's stories and humor.
One of my favorite lines from the book comes from the first time that Gilbert had ever prayed:
"Hello, God. How are you? I'm Liz. It's nice to meet you."That's tight-- I was speaking to the creator of the universe as though we'd just be introduced at a cocktail party. ... In fact, it was all I could do to stop myself from saying, "I've always been a big fan of your work . . ."
Gilbert uses humor to get through some of the toughest times of her life. It was truly a great read.

I love this book, the author had previously said a follow up book would be written in 2009, but I can not find out any info on that.
