I absolutely LOVE your blog and all your cute posts. I'm writing today for a bit of insight, advice and inspiration. I'm thinking maybe you can help...
I currently live in Utah; born and raised and I like it...I do. However, I also have a huge desire urging me to move out (i can always come back) but I crave taking off for an experience, adventure, and growth opportunities.
I live on my own now, however I don't think its quite the same as moving out of state and being on my own somewhere else. & I envy you moving to DC and experiencing all that it has to offer. (I went there once, this summer, and LOVED it).
So I guess I'm writing to hear some suggestions/how to's/the good and the bad/what you'd do doing it all over again...here are some of my questions.
-did you find a job then move or vice versa?
-how did you find housing? any particular website?
-are you glad that you did it? pro's/con's?
-did you go it alone, or move out with a friend?
-have you enjoyed it/or better yet, happy you did it? it was worth it?
I'm seriously contemplating doing this (whether DC or just back east) and your blog came to mind.
