Happy Halloween!!

I guess there are two types of people in this world.

Those who LOVE Halloween.

... and those who don't. (i.e. me)

My mom use to own a Halloween Costume Shop and it was the biggest holiday for me growing up. She loved Halloween.

In fact, she use to dress up in costume and bring my class Halloween treats. (Just an FYI: This is mortifing!)

My mom's costumes weren't always PG rated. One year she dressed up as a dinosaur. This was okay. But most of her costumes were like Wenches or something.

She did always bring great toys or treats though.

That was okay.

Anyhow, I hated Halloween and I never liked to dress up. Except when my mom had a Dalmation costume made for me and she dressed up as Cruella de Vil. I loved that one.

Point is - I decorated my front door this year and it looks AMAZING. Everyone stops me and comments about it. Ill post pictures soon!!

I have been consumed with The Howard Stern Show on Sirius Radio.

My old boss and I use to listen to this. The best is when Tracy Morgan comes on.

He is so gross but he cracks me up!!

I have been in love with this couch since I first saw it over at Coco + Kelley.

Then I found this on Craigslist, but it would cost like $3500 to reupholster it.

Sadly, I may have to let it go and always regret letting it get away!!

A long long time ago in a land far away...

I blogged about how I wanted to try Chanel - Chance. 

Then the fab Coco + Kelley emailed me.

She owned Chance but didn't love it anymore. 

So she mailed it to me. 

And I smell FAB today because of that. 

I feel I blog about how much I like Coco+Kelley a lot. 

But I really really love her blog ... and now her too!!

Hmmm..

I bought this gold brooch (or one EXACTLY like it) at a Thrift Store in Arizona for $3.00.

I have been wearing it for months now.

And I have been wearing it on my new canvas cream trench coat. That I bought at the GoodWill in high school.

I have had this coat for years but I always wore it with this cream summer/spring dress. I never thought of it as a coat. I have been looking for a trench coat since I started blogging.

And I found the PERFECT one in my closet. I get (seriously) 3-4 compliments a day on it!

I look like a million bucks.
